Job description

Sr. Data Analyst, North America
Location: Remote
Note:
We are requesting a part-time (50%) Sr Data Analyst contractor from the US, who can be available as early as 730 PT to work with our offshore IST team and support multiple projects. The location doesn't matter, meaning they can be remote. The contractor would need to be in place by 1-Feb.

What you will do:
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders to design Power BI, Tableau, and Looker reports following data visualization best practices.
  • Work with internal and external teams to understand and translate requirements, including platforms, goals and KPIs for reporting.
  • Work with onshore and offshore teams to facilitate the front-end report design.
  • Update and maintain existing dashboards and reports to align with client deliverables.
  • Review and analyze data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain systems, processes, and tools to enable efficient campaign execution and measurement.

What will you bring:
  • 5+ years working in an analytics role.
  • 3+ years Data Visualization experience (Looker Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Demonstrated experience with defining and reporting KPIs and using insights to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience with reporting data models and star schema design.
  • Analytics platform experience (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across all audience levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate effectively about barriers and risks.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge:
  • Experience with retail and eCommerce data
  • Experience with SQL or Python
