Summary:
Food Servers deliver food and beverage items for our Guests in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned).
  • Takes orders from Guests for all food and beverage requests
  • Serves all food and beverage items in a friendly, professional and timely manner
  • Ensures that minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcoholic beverages
  • Clears tables during service
  • Refills drink orders as needed during service
  • Ensures that stations and table set-ups are complete and perform various side work duties as needed or assigned by Supervisor
  • Maintains proper conditions and cleanliness of the dining and service areas.
  • Ensures equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
  • Assists other Front of House employees as needed including, but not limited to, seating tables, cashiering, and bussing tables
  • Follows instructions and standards provided by supervisor

Requirements
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
  • 1 year experience working as a Food Server within casino environment preferred.

Language Ability:
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English language - speak and read.

Math Ability:
  • Basic adding and subtracting skills
  • Ability to correctly count out change for Guests

Knowledge/Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and employee relations skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in high pressure, fast paced environment
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Ability to read and memorize all menu and beverage items

Computer Skills:
