Weโ€™re looking for a dependable and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team and help us deliver exceptional clinical care and support to our residents and their families.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and company policies.
  • Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure safe and effective resident care.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and in compliance with regulations.
  • Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions, communicating changes promptly to the physician and care team.
  • Participate in developing and updating individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure documentation meets all facility, state, and federal standards.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate nursing interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being and recovery.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • RN license in the state of Washington.
  • Valid CPR certification.

Qualifications

Education

Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.


Licenses/Certification

Current RN Licensure in the State employed.

Valid CPR Certification.


Experience

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
