Job description

Vancouver Clinic is seeking an experienced part-time OR Circulator for the Ambulatory Surgery Center. We provide multi-specialty outpatient services, including Pediatrics and robotic-assisted surgery. In this role, you will support surgeons during procedures and ensure patients receive safe, effective care throughout the surgical process. Successful candidates will demonstrate efficiency, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of surgical procedures and patient safety, with the ability to think critically and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment. Essential responsibilities include providing perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring surgical asepsis is maintained throughout procedures, conducting inventory of supplies and equipment used during and after procedures, and collaborating with all members of the healthcare team.
Location: Salmon Creek 2 (2529 NE 139th Street Vancouver, WA 98686)
Schedule: Part-time (30 hours/week), Monday through Friday - Three 10-hour shifts
Hiring range generally between $49.79/hour to $64.76/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.
Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered Washington or Multi-State RN license required.
  • Experience as operating room nurse, circulating and scrub preferred.
  • BLS required.
  • ACLS, and PALS required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
  • CNOR certification a plus.
  • Conscious sedation experience a plus.

Pay Range:
$48.81 - $73.22
