Description:

 TLC Janitorial is currently looking for a Part-Time Floor Care Specialist to join their Floor Care Team in Wrentham, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors at various customer locations.
 

Requirements:

 **Qualifications:**
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule including varying shifts and weekends.
- 1 year of cleaning experience preferred.
- Experience with stripping, waxing, and buffing floors is required.
- Preferably experience with carpet care including extracting and shampooing.
- Must have a clean driving record and pass a motor vehicle check.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
- Meticulous attention to detail.

**Responsibilities:**
- Follow varying weekly schedules based on customer needs primarily during second shifts.
- Drive a company vehicle during shifts.
- Start shifts by meeting at the home office in Wrentham, MA.
- Opportunity for promotion to a supervisor based on work ethic and quality of cleaning.
