Part Time/Flex positions available:

  • Sunday availability to cover call offs, Mon-Wed 1800-2400.
  • Thursday-Friday 1800-2400, Saturday availability to cover call offs

About the Role

We are seeking professional Unarmed Security Officers to support the safety and security of critical water infrastructure throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Officers provide a visible presence, conduct patrols, assist employees and visitors, and help maintain a secure environment at both manned and unmanned facilities.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Patrol interior and exterior areas of assigned facilities
  • Monitor for suspicious activity, unusual packages, and safety hazards
  • Assist in emergencies, including evacuations and conflict de-escalation
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors
  • Maintain accurate incident reports and activity logs
  • Follow all post orders, procedures, and security protocols
  • Serve as an ambassador for the client at all times

Qualifications

  • Minimum age 21
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of verifiable experience in security, law enforcement, or customer service
  • Unarmed PILB License
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain professional and effective in stressful situations
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations (or ability to learn quickly)
