Maintenance Technician Part-Time

As a Maintenance Technician at Flaherty & Collins Properties, you'll have the chance to showcase your skills, tackle a variety of tasks, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
What You'll Do:
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring all property systems and equipment are in excellent working condition.
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems as needed.
  • Address and resolve resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to prioritize and complete work orders efficiently.
  • Ensure the property meets safety standards and complies with applicable regulations.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist with apartment turnovers, ensuring units are move-in ready for new residents.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance issues, including after-hours calls when necessary.
  • Physical tasks are required, along with other duties as assigned.
