Position Summary

We are seeking reliable Part-Time Housekeeping Team Members to help maintain our vacation rental properties to the highest standards. This role offers flexible, part-time hours based on business needs and is ideal for individuals looking for consistent work with a growing hospitality company.
Depending on operational needs, team members may assist with cleaning, inspections, laundry, inventory management, guest requests, property upkeep, and other operational tasks that help ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.
This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, self-motivated, and willing to work as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:
  • Cleaning vacation rental properties between guest stays
  • Performing quality inspections to ensure homes are guest-ready
  • Laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, packing, and organizing linens
  • Restocking guest supplies and inventory
  • Reporting maintenance issues and property concerns
  • Assisting with seasonal deep cleans and property refreshes
  • Supporting basic property upkeep such as replacing batteries, light bulbs, or resetting breakers (training provided)
  • Delivering guest items such as linens, comforters, or amenities
  • Assisting with event and seasonal setups, including tables, chairs, and décor
  • Transporting laundry between properties and commercial laundry facilities
  • Following company cleaning standards and checklists
  • Accurately documenting completed work using company software
  • Communicating effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
  • Providing support wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, or vacation rental experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
  • Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for work
  • Dependable vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance
