Post Closing Specialist Franklin, TN (Fully Onsite) Pay Rate: $20.00/hr JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Post Closing Specialist to support mortgage operations by managing post-closing loan activities. This role is responsible for ensuring loan files are complete, compliant, and ready for delivery to investors or insurance agencies. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage post-closing processes, compliance audits, and disaster inspections.

RESPONSIBILITIES Review and audit closing documents from closing agents to ensure all funding conditions are met Verify accuracy of initial and final Closing Disclosures (CD) and identify any discrepancies Ensure all loan documents comply with FAMC, state, and federal regulations Coordinate with closing agents and brokers to obtain missing documentation Manage final document follow-up and resolve outstanding conditions Release funding numbers once all reviews and audits are completed Clear investor and agency suspense conditions Work with lenders, title companies, counties, and borrowers to resolve loan deficiencies Manage escrow holdbacks and post-closing processes Perform compliance and ad hoc audits Conduct disaster inspections and coordinate property inspection orders Analyze suspense and error trends and report findings to operations teams REQUIREMENTS Prior experience in mortgage post-closing required Experience with disaster inspections is required Strong knowledge of closing documents and compliance regulations Ability to audit loan files with high attention to detail Strong communication skills to work with internal teams and external partners Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with mortgage systems and documentation processes If you are interested, please reach out to Chin Yang at A-Line Staffing . 586-323-4194 | cyang@alinestaffing.com .
