Duties: Execute comprehensive candidate recruitment strategies utilizing diverse sourcing methods to ensure a seamless progression through New York Life's established four-stage interview process. Conduct thorough interviews with prospective candidates, deliver comprehensive career overview, and select top talent. Provide in-depth interviews to chosen candidates and offer detailed insights into training and marketing initiatives. Deliver detailed compensation overview presentations to selected candidates to ensure transparency and clarity. Explain the onboarding process comprehensively to selected candidates and facilitate a smooth transition into their roles. Meet with onboarding candidates, provide personalized support, and address their diverse needs. Develop tailored individual plans and goals for candidates and guide them toward achieving optimal production levels necessary for progression to full-time contracts. Provide individualized instruction and rigorous training drills to part-time and full-time agents to ensure mastery of job-related tasks. Conduct field observations and demonstrations alongside part-time and full-time agents to showcase New York Life's offerings to prospective clients. Conduct performance reviews and strategic planning sessions with agents to optimize their productivity and success. Implement retention strategies aligned with New York Life's benchmarks to foster agent loyalty and longevity. Monitor and maintain per-agent production levels by established benchmarks to drive organizational success. Offer expert assistance to agents in navigating the life and investment case examination processes with the underwriting and suitability departments, respectively. Collaborate with office management to establish and refine short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals to drive organizational growth and success. Provide personalized coaching to agents to empower them to achieve their personal and financial aspirations. Offer dedicated servicing to pre-existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and care. Facilitate the delivery of claims to beneficiaries compassionately and efficiently upon the decease of pre-existing clients. Conduct specialized classes as designated by the General Office or when need is observed and contribute to agents' professional development and multicultural competence.
Education & Experience Requirements: Two (2) years of experience as a Sales, General, Operations Manager or related occupation recruiting, mentoring, or developing high-performing sales professionals in the insurance, brokerage, or financial services industry. Experience must include (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Coordinating with a team of high-performing sales professionals in the insurance, brokerage, or financial services industry to drive revenue growth and ensure operational excellence; Utilizing Salesforce (CRM) and other technologies to track activity and monitor company metrics; Providing customized financial solutions to manage client portfolios, risk, and achieve wealth and retirement goals; and Participating in talent recruitment, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires. Must also possess the following: • FINRA SIE License • FINRA Series 6 or 7 License• FINRA Series 63 or 66 License• Life Insurance Producer License• Accident & Health or Sickness Producer License. Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
