As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report observations in alignment with Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, people-first culture and commitment to integrity and teamwork.

Pay Rate: $20.95 - $21.95 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of financial institution offices, common areas, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials, and assist with maintaining orderly access to restricted areas in accordance with site policies.
• Document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions through accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
