Legal Administrative Assistant / Teller (Part-Time)

Working in tandem with its sister company Car City—Michigan and northern Indiana’s trusted source for quality used vehicles—Orbit Leasing provides customers with reliable transportation and the opportunity to establish or rebuild their credit, which contributes to their overall financial success.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry
  • Payment posting/reversals, chargebacks, and returns
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word to maintain daily tasks.
  • Prepare and verify payments, and sort/prepare deposits.
  • Daily reconciliation of all payable systems
  • Reconcile payables to the general ledger.
  • Other duties as assigned to conduct business as well as assisting other departments when needed
Job Requirements:
  • Availability to work part-time Monday-Friday between 10:30am-2:30pm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Detail oriented with accuracy/consistency in their work
  • Able to maintain intense multi-tasking abilities while maintaining strong organization
  • Quick study; self-starter, self-disciplined and eager to learn
  • Intermediate math skills including (but not limited to): Adding, Subtracting, and conversion to percentages
  • Must maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, ethics, and equality
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication including verbal and phone skills
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal history records check
  • Hourly Non-Exempt: $18.00 - $20.00 (based on experience and qualifications)
