There is a 10% override on the income of all associates you recruit for the position.When you recruit 10 people for the position this could replaces 100% of your income, and you are promoted to Senior Finance Consultant, Once you have 20 people under your supervision you become Regional Manager.<\/span><\/span>, Managing director have 30 people under their supervision.<\/span><\/span>
