Location: In-person, Wellesley, Massachusetts

Position Type: Part-Time


Hutchings Barsamian Mandelcorn, LLP is a boutique law office based in Wellesley, Massachusetts and is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Legal Assistant to support the daily operations of the firm. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative, small office environment. The role involves providing administrative and legal support while maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality.


Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to attorneys and office staff
  • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, documents, and basic legal materials
  • Manage Outlook Calendar coordination, and client communications in a professional manner via email and phone
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain attorney calendars
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital client files
  • Assist with document preparation and filing
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Support day-to-day office operations and other administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Prior experience working in a legal office or demonstrated interest in working in a small office environment preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
