This compensation range considers a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop distribution ready reports analyses and presentations on book of business as well as individual clients or departments. Work closely with Sales Team to meet client data reporting needs
• Create proactive analyses comparing our results to industry data to evaluate program performance for internal management and external clients
• Identify and research anomalies and outliers in data

• Identify problematic areas and conduct research to determine the best course of action to correct the data
• Identify process improvement opportunities and work with key stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions

• Performs the analysis exploring all appropriate options and performing constant validation against existing data/reporting throughout
• Serves as data steward to validate high profile or external data to ensure accurate reporting
• Monitor and perform trend analysis for the company and research report on anomalies
• Proactively manage report development meeting the expectations of format and delivery timeframe
• Develop optimal data management and reporting practices including best practice identification
• Client network usage analysis and missed opportunity/leakage analysis
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree required in Economics Business Administration Finance or the equivalent combination of education training and work experience.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Knowledge of OCCM' products and services
• Beginner to Intermediate to SQL querying skills
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Business Objects/Business Intelligence experience desirable
• Typically requires experience in relational database structures research methods sampling techniques and system testing
• Proficient in working with large-scale business data sets fluent in scripting and rapid prototyping skills including expertise in SAS WEKA SPSS as well as C/C++/SQL Perl or Java.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills especially in conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and provide validation of results
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify appropriate analytical approaches depending on the business need.
