Our team is passionate about making a differenceโ€”one family at a time. We use our knowledge, resources, and teaching skills to influence positive change and build healthier communities across Nebraska.

Success Story:

When I first started working with a family, they were struggling to find stability and connect with community resources. Through weekly visits, skill-building sessions, and lots of encouragement, I watched the parents gain confidence and the children thrive in a safer, more nurturing environment. Transport children to supervised visits with their parents (GLFS provides car seats as needed)

Maintain autonomy and a flexible schedule while meeting assigned case hours

Attend weekly meetings and training with your supervisor, as well as monthly agency-wide training

Participate in 40+ hours of paid/invested initial training (including job shadows and supervisor support), with continuing education and professional development opportunities throughout your tenure

Work Schedule:

All positions start as part-time, with the opportunity to scaffold to consistent full-time work based on performance and agency needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

$20โ€“22/hour, plus an additional $3/hour differential for weekend work (Saturdays and Sundays)

Mileage reimbursement for client-related travel

40+ hours of paid/invested initial training (including job shadows and supervisor support), with continuing education and professional development opportunities throughout your tenure
