Job description

Blessed Sacrament Parish is seeking a part-time facilities Coordinator. This position is ideal for an active or retired individual.

Primary responsibilities are as follows:

  • Support weekly facilities operations. parish special events.
  • Monitor building, equipment, and grounds.
  • Analyze and evaluate present and future facilities utilization.
  • Maintain and update a file of independent contractors used for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, grounds and building maintenance.
  • Maintain an inventory of maintenance and building supplies.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks as needed and document the outcome.
  • Effectively communicate and meet with Pastor and contractors as needed.
  • Provide monthly summary and check list to the Facility and Grounds Committee.
