Homeland Inc. is seeking to hire a candidate for a Part-time Apartment Leasing Manager position who will be responsible for an apartment complex in Jasper, IN

24 HRS per work Week with (Flexible Schedule) NO NIGHTS/ NO WEEKENDS!

Benefits will be discussed during the interview which includes paid scheduled holidays, paid vacation for the number of hours worked per week, and a flexible schedule for part-time employees- Grace period may apply to qualify for certain benefits, as well.

JOB SUMMARY: Manage all tenant-related issues including maintenance requests, complaints, tenant retention, and completion of extensive and time-sensitive paperwork. Responding to and following up calls or emails with prospective tenants, and taking prospects on tours; marketing vacant units through a social media business page on Facebook. Oversee all maintenance operations including maintenance requests, cleaning and make-ready unit process, tenant follow-up, and unit inspections. Recording all tenant payments (accounts receivable), submitting deposits, submitting invoices (accounts payable), and maintaining tenant folders. Other office duties.

CANDIDATE PROFILE Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of a full range of administrative processes, sales, and customer service. This position requires proficiency with computers using Microsoft Office and other programs. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
