Vantor is seeking a System Integration Specialist to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer. The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure interoperability between JIRA and GitLab by configuring automated workflows for task tracking, reporting, and approvals.

  • Establish authentication integrations with the sponsoring Command's Microsoft Active Directory (Azure AD) to enforce CAC/PIV-based access controls in accordance with DoD identity management policies.

  • Submit the System Interoperability & Security Integration Report, documenting authentication measures, security compliance, and integration workflows.

Minimum Requirements:

  • An active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility based on a Tier 5 background investigation completed within the past five (5) years at time of the proposal submission.

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or;

  • Five (5) years of equivalent experience in system integration.

  • Knowledge and capability to integrate JIRA, GitLab, and other IT service management tools, ensuring seamless data synchronization and workflow automation.

  • Proficient in API integrations, system interoperability, and secure authentication protocols.

  • Strong scripting and automation skills are required to streamline data exchange between platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience in integrating ITSM platforms, developing API-based solutions, and ensuring secure identity federation.

  • Experience with OAuth, SAML, and enterprise authentication protocols is required.

  • This position is part-time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundation Certification.

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, and Washington:$92,000.00 - $195,000.00 annually.
