Job Overview

As a Personal Trainer, you will be more than a coach. You are a motivator, educator, and accountability partner who drives meaningful results for our members. This role is responsible for delivering high-energy training sessions, designing personalized fitness programs, and creating an environment where members feel supported, challenged, and inspired. Through measurable outcomes, you will increase retention and contribute directly to personal training revenue growth.

You will assess individual goals and fitness levels, build structured programming, and continuously track progress to ensure long-term success. Beyond the workout, you will foster strong relationships, build community within the club, and create an experience that keeps members engaged and committed to their fitness journey.
