Internship Overview:

We are currently seeking motivated undergraduate (Junior or Senior) students for participation in our internship program in Houston, TX.

This internship offers extensive insight into the field of on-site corporate services.  Students will apply the skills and knowledge learned in the classroom to real-life workplace scenarios. In this internship, you will:

  • Observe the daily responsibilities of an on-site team member.
  • Learn high-quality customer service skills.
  • Complete a project specified by your Internship Coordinator.
  • Complete a project assigned by your university. 

Qualifications:

  • Currently a junior or senior studying a field related to the internship program's specialization (e.g., nutrition, fitness, health promotion). Lower coursework must be completed.
  • Must be able to obtain credit for the internship, and Plus One, an Optum company must be affiliated with the University.
  • Exceptional, motivated, and enthusiastic personality.
