Course: Food and Nutrition Management
Food and Nutrition Management offers students a comprehensive understanding of the principles, practices, and managerial skills required to excel in the dynamic field of large-scale food operations. Through a blend of theoretical concepts and practical applications, students explore various management styles, menu planning, recipe modification, operational strategies, and key considerations in overseeing food service establishments.
What You Will Do:
  • Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
  • Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
  • Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
  • Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University's Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University

Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Doctorate or Master's in Nutritional Science/Dietetics, Biological Science or Exercise Science with emphasis/certifications in nutrition/dietetics.
  • Minimum: Master's in any field with 18 graduate credit hours in Nutritional Science/Dietetics, Biological Science or Exercise Science with emphasis/certifications in nutrition/dietetics.
