Your Role

The Part-Time Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the corporate office by providing administrative assistance and helping maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming work environment.

  • Manage front desk, including welcoming guests, directing visitors, and handling deliveries
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Support the Accounting department with routine accounting functions
  • Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents and records
  • Prepare and distribute mail, packages, and correspondence
  • Support various departments with administrative projects and special assignments
  • Assist with planning and coordinating company meetings, employee events, and office activities
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager as needed
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook preferred
