Overview
The Barback supports bartenders by ensuring bars remain fully stocked, clean, and organized throughout concerts and special events. This position is responsible for replenishing supplies, maintaining bar cleanliness, assisting with opening and closing duties, and helping the bar team deliver fast and efficient service in a high-volume live entertainment environment.
This role pays an hourly rate of $7.25 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until October 23, 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, and other bar supplies throughout events.
  • Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes, changing kegs, and replenishing inventory as needed.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary bar areas before, during, and after events.
  • Collect and remove empty bottles, glassware, trash, and recycling from bar stations.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and breakdown of bar areas.
  • Transport inventory and supplies from storage areas to bar locations.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Work closely with bartenders, supervisors, and other team members to ensure efficient service.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, concert venue, or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid alcohol compliance certification (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or other state-approved certification) before working any scheduled events.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry heavy objects, including kegs, cases of beverages, and ice.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously throughout an event.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night events.
