Our team of experienced professionals provides a wide range of services, including management, wellness services, design, and much more, creating a great amenity experience for each client. ELITE exists to make ordinary days feel extraordinary by transforming shared spaces into sanctuaries of health, well-being, and genuine connection with dedication and passion.
We are looking for a highly motivated and hospitality-driven Part Time Event Staff to join our team. The Event Staff are expected to have reliable transportation (there is no travel reimbursement) and be able to work at least four (4) hours of an event. The Part-Time Event Staff work closely with the Events Planning Director to deliver organized, welcoming, and high-quality event experiences for the residents, families, and guests.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Event Coordination (90%)
โ€ข Assist with event setup and breakdown, including signage, equipment, and amenity areas.
โ€ข Greet and direct patrons during events.
โ€ข Support guest check-in, logistics, and distribution of event materials.
โ€ข Help maintain organized courts, signage, and hospitality areas.
โ€ข Provide event and venue information to staff and guests.
โ€ข Ensure facility policies and event procedures are followed.
โ€ข Assist the Events Planning Director and Elite staff with event operations and issue resolution.
โ€ข Serve as an on-site point of contact for the property Manager, volunteers, and vendors.
Administrative & Operational Support (10%)
โ€ข Support staff with general event operations and logistics as needed.
โ€ข Perform other duties as requested.
