Job description

Position Overview: The Suites Host will act as the primary provider of service for Suite Guests in our venue. Suite Hosts provide a variety of customer service duties for our guests in an expert, professional, and friendly manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet Suite Guests with a smile and provide outstanding service.
  • Ensure all guests have the appropriate ticket to access a suite/loge box.
  • Assist guests visiting a suite/loge who have the proper passes.
  • Inspects suite/ loge boxes pre and post event to ensure cleanliness/safety.
  • Assist guests with directional and informational inquiries by demonstrating a strong knowledge of the facility and event(s).
  • Assist Suite Guests with any requests and/or problems as they arise.
  • Anticipate the needs of the Suites guests.
  • Report any problems and/or concerns to Supervisor.
  • Gather item(s) left behind in a suite and return to suites event manager to be logged.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • One (1) year of customer service experience.
  • Exemplify a strong dedication and willingness to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for prolong periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay Range: $21.38 USD/hour
