Description
Environment Control is hiring Part-Time, evening cleaners. We are looking to add detail oriented, dependable and dedicated candidates to our team.
These positions are part time Monday-Friday flexible start times between 5:00pm & 6:00pm.
Responsibilities include :
  • Clean and sanitize various surfaces, including floors, walls, windows, furniture & fixtures.
  • Dusting surfaces: furniture, equipment, polish surfaces to maintain a clean and attractive appearance.
  • Vacuuming carpets, walk off mats, special attention to corners and edges.
  • Sweeping, mopping all hard surface flooring, including stairs, landings
  • Restrooms; clean and disinfect restroom fixtures, toilets, sinks, countertops, partitions. Polish mirrors, refill all dispensers.
  • Trash & recycling removal, replacing liners as needed and disposing in designated dumpsters.
  • Restocking of cleaning supplies, maintaining equipment in a neat and orderly fashion.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Good communication skills and work effectively independently or as part of a team.
  • Dependable
  • Be able to lift/carry a minimum of 25 pounds.
  • Background Screen
  • Valid Driver's License & Vehicle ( to move between buildings)
