    • Medical/Pediatric Nurse collects pertinent date and information relative to patient health or situation.

    • Medical/Pediatric Nurse analyzes assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses, problems or issues.

    • Medical/Pediatric Nurse identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient.
