The Registered Nurse is accountable for management and delivery of patient care to assigned patients in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and within the scope of practice delineated in the New York State Nurse Practice Act. Provides direct patient care, delegates/assigns responsibility as appropriate to others, and serves as leader of the interdisciplinary team in collaboration with and under the direction of the attending physician. Focuses on completion of the nursing process including patient/family education and discharge planning. Understands and acts appropriately to ensure optimum use of all resources.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred; new hires will be required to complete their BSN within 5 years of hire. 
  • Graduation from a Registered Professional Nursing Program.

Salary Range
The expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $38.00 to $43.00 per hour. Exact rate is determined on a case-by-case basis commensurate with experience level, as well as education and certifications pertaining to each position which may be above the listed job requirements.
