Job description

Job Title: Organizing & Estate Sale Team Member (Part Time / Per Diem)

Caring Transitions is looking for organized, dependable, and detail-oriented team members to assist with packing, organizing, downsizing, estate sales, and home transitions for seniors and families.

This is NOT a full-time position. This is a flexible, per diem/as-needed role that is great for someone looking for extra income, supplemental work, or a flexible side job. Hours will vary based on scheduled projects and client moves as our new branch continues to grow. Current goal is approximately 1–3 projects per week.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:
• Organizing and decluttering
• Estate sales and vintage items
• Home staging or decorating
• Taking photos of items
• Helping people during life transitions
• Flexible work instead of a strict weekly schedule

Responsibilities may include:
• Packing and unpacking household items
• Organizing and sorting belongings
• Setting up and staging estate sales
• Photographing items for online sales
• Labeling and inventorying items
• Assisting with downsizing and move preparation
• General teamwork during projects

Ideal candidates are:
