Client & Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Apsis Solutions Inc

Tampa, FL • Hybrid

$33 - $38/hr

Part-time

Posted 26 days ago

Job description

TITLE: Client & Talent Acquisition Coordinator

LOCATION: Hybrid — Tampa, FL

REPORTS TO: VP of Sales

DEPARTMENT: Business Development / Talent Acquisition

TYPE: Part-Time, 20–30 hours/week, Immediate Start

Apsis Solutions Inc is unable to sponsor work visas for this position, including H-1B. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

WHO WE ARE

Apsis Solutions, Inc. is a Tampa, Florida-based, certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) providing healthcare IT staffing, Epic analytics consulting, and managed IT services. Apsis is actively repositioning from sub-vendor to prime contractor status on major health-system EHR engagements, competing directly with the major firms.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a client-facing, revenue-critical role — not a back-office administrative position. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare IT/Epic engagements, maintain and grow relationships with existing hospital clients and MSP partners, and directly support the VP of Sales's business development pipeline. This role sits at the center of Apsis's prime-contractor growth strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•          Own full-cycle recruiting for open healthcare IT/Epic requisitions — sourcing, screening, submitting, and coordinating interviews with candidates

•          Maintain and manage the ATS/VMS pipeline (Ceipal) with accurate candidate and requisition data

•          Serve as a primary point of contact for existing hospital clients and MSP suppliers (e.g., HealthTrust, Cross Country, AMN Healthcare, Allegis/TEKsystems), managing day-to-day relationship needs and submittal follow-through

•          Support the VP of Sales's outreach efforts to new hospital and health-system targets, including MSP supplier database entries and warm-introduction tracking

•          Coordinate onboarding logistics for placed candidates, including compliance documentation, background screening status (Checkr), and OIG/SAM exclusion checks

•          Track and follow up on active submittals, interview stages, and client feedback loops to keep placements moving

•          Prepare materials and talking points for client and lead meetings alongside the VP of Sales

•          Maintain accurate records across recruiting and CRM platforms, including candidate pipeline reporting

•          Coordinate recruitment events and represent Apsis professionally in candidate- and client-facing conversations

•          Flag and escalate compliance or contractual issues (SOW terms, W-2/1099 classification questions) to leadership promptly

QUALIFICATIONS

•          3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, staffing, or client/account management — healthcare IT or IT staffing industry strongly preferred

•          Familiarity with the Epic ecosystem (or willingness to ramp quickly) a significant plus

•          Hands-on experience with an ATS/VMS platform (Ceipal experience a plus) and CRM tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator)

•          Working knowledge of staffing contract structures — C2C, W-2, 1099 — and MSP/VMS submission processes

•          Strong relationship-management instincts — comfortable being the face of Apsis with both candidates and client stakeholders

•          Excellent written and verbal communication; confident representing Apsis in client conversations without close supervision

•          Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially in candidate and client data accuracy

•          Comfortable in a fast-paced, resource-lean startup environment with shifting priorities

•          Ability to work independently and exercise judgment on when to escalate to the VP of Sales

•          Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field a plus, but not required — relevant experience will be weighed equally

GROWTH PATH: COORDINATOR → MANAGER → DIRECTOR

This role is structured to grow. As you take on more client relationships and drive revenue for Apsis, your title and compensation grow with it. This is a genuine path, not a formality — Apsis is actively scaling into prime-contractor status, and this role is central to that growth.

WHAT WE OFFER

Apsis offers competitive pay, a dynamic and fast-moving work environment, direct mentorship from leadership, a clear advancement path, and the opportunity to help shape a company actively growing into prime-contractor status. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and strongly encourage a diverse pool of candidates to apply.

PAY RATE: $33.00–$38.00/hour (Coordinator level), with increases at each growth-path milestone
