About the Role
As a Service Desk Associate, you'll:
  • Greet and check in members as they arrive
  • Provide accurate and friendly information about club programs and services
  • Ensure the front desk and facility is well-stocked and organized
  • Maintain clear communication with team members via Slack
  • Handle basic maintenance or inventory needs and report issues
  • Respond to and document member incidents as needed
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests
