Job description

Tri-State Crating & Pallet Co., Inc. is a custom packaging manufacturer, and is looking for a reliable, friendly, and professional person to join our office team.


This is a part-time, entry-level position


Must be available daytime, weekdays


The opportunity for full-time hours possible in the future.



Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls professionally
File paperwork and keep office records organized
Assist with basic office and administrative tasks
Help keep the office organized
Learn about our business and assist the office team as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Some college education preferred, but not required
Friendly and professional phone manner
Reliable and dependable
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable learning new things
Basic computer skills
Able to handle filing and occasional light physical tasks
Previous office experience is helpful but not required
