North Florida Sinus Center is a well-established adult otolaryngology practice committed to exceptional care for ear, nose, and throat disorders. We pride ourselves on compassionate, patient-centered medicine and a collaborative, supportive clinical environment.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (APRN/NP) to join our busy ENT practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, enjoys building long-term patient relationships, and is eager to grow clinically in a procedural specialty. You will work closely with our board-certified otolaryngologists and team members to deliver high-quality care in clinic and, when needed, in surgical settings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examinations
  • Partner with attending physicians on new patient visits
  • Manage follow-up, return, and post-operative visits (with increasing autonomy as appropriate)
  • Learn and perform ENT diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including (training provided as needed):
    • Binocular microscopic ear examination
    • Nasal endoscopy
    • Flexible laryngoscopy
    • Suturing, wound management, airway-related assessments, and other in-office procedures
  • Assist in surgery and perioperative care as needed
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive allergy clinic (training provided), including:
    • Skin testing
    • Contemporary immunotherapy techniques
  • Collaborate with physicians, audiologists, and staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document accurately and efficiently in the EHR
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited PA or APRN/NP program
  • Current national certification (PA-C / APRN/NP)
  • Active (or eligible) Florida licensure
  • ENT or surgical specialty experience preferred; new graduates with strong ENT interest are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide two professional references
