Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to gauge clients' aptitudes, interests, values, and transferable skills while identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Liaise with employment specialists, job developers, and HR managers to synchronize efforts and broker deals furthering clients' career objectives.
  • Identify job vacancies that match clients' profiles and assist with applications, interviews, and necessary arrangements for success.
  • Advocate for reasonable workplace accommodations that consider functional limitations and remove barriers for clients.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in an applicable field from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Preferred experience in rehabilitation, employment services, case management, or social services.
