Project Administrator
Location(s): Baraboo, WI
Type: Part-Time| Hourly| Hybrid Eligible
MSA is seeking a Project Administrator to support our Utility Operations team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. This position is part-time (estimated around 20 hours per week) with scheduling flexibility based on your preferences and availability.
The Project Administrator provides organizational support across all project phases, from development through close-out, helping streamline processes, track progress, and foster strong client and team relationships.

What you bring
Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:
- Associate's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field, or Bachelor's required
- 2+ years of experience in finacial review, business operations, or project management required
- This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position

Pay & Benefits*
- Compensation Range: $24 –$38 an hour (commensurate with experience)
