Job description

Pay: $38 per hour

Schedule and Shift Hours are as followed:

Monday – 04:00 PM – 09:00PM

Tuesday - 04:00 PM – 09:00PM

Wednesday – 08:00 AM – 4:00 PM or you can work up to a full 12 hour shift this day.

Thursday  - 04:00 PM – 09:00PM

Friday - 04:00 PM – 09:00PM

Maxim Healthcare in Merced, CA  is hiring a Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with an Child patient who is dependent on G tube and Trach.  MUST have OVER ONE YEAR of LVN EXPERIENCE UNDER YOUR LICENSE.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
