Rider Care is a key role responsible for helping customers become confident and successful riders by providing expert guidance in selecting the perfect bike, accessories, and apparel. Make a difference in people's lives by helping them discover the joy of cycling and empowering them to ride with confidence.

Five Primary Obsessions:

  • Product Knowledge: A strong passion for continuously expanding knowledge about different bike models, features, specifications, and technologies. This obsession provides accurate and comprehensive information being offered to riders, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Customer Engagement: A dedication to building meaningful connections with riders. This involves actively listening to their needs, understanding their preferences, and offering personalized solutions. A Rider Care obsession with customer engagement ensures that customers feel valued, understood, and supported throughout their buying journey.
  • Sales Techniques: An obsession with mastering effective sales techniques and strategies. This includes developing excellent communication skills, understanding that riders deserve attention, time, and energy, and honing the ability to present bikes to riders in an inclusive and personal way.
