Job Summary
The Call Center Agent position serves as the primary point of contact for the Resort's onsite and offsite guests at our Call Center. The Agent strives to provide the highest level of customer service to maintain a warm, inviting, and guest-focused atmosphere. Position assists callers, greets arriving guests, provides accommodation and amenity information, curates vacation itineraries, and offers recommendations for local attractions. Ideal candidates are creative and possess a friendly disposition with a desire to serve others.

  • Prior customer service/guest relations experience and previous hotel/resort work experience

Job-Type: Part-Time
Typical Schedule
Days:
    • Days vary from week to week, including weekends and holidays (when needed)

Hours:
    • Varied hours
      • 24 to 28 hours a week

Compensation:
  • Pay: $12.77/Hour
