Job Description  

Dinasty Security Inc. is hiring a part-time Security Supervisor to lead our swing operations across Los Angeles County. We're looking for a proven leader who operates with integrity, honor, duty, selfless service, and respect — someone who holds themselves and their team to a higher standard. You'll supervise guards in the field, oversee punctuality and performance, and serve as the bridge between officers and the Operations Manager. 🕐 The Role at a Glance  

  • Position: Part-Time Security Supervisor 

  • Schedule: Thu-Fri 2PM-10:30PM & Sun-Mon 6AM-3:30PM

  • Coverage Area: Various client sites across Los Angeles County  

  • Reports To: Operations Manager  

  • Start: Immediate opening  

🛡 What You'll Oversee  

  • Communicate company policies and procedures to all subordinates  

  • Conduct uniform, equipment, punctuality, and performance inspections  

  • Conduct daily visits to client locations using the company vehicle  

  • Assist scheduling by filling open shifts — respond immediately and coordinate coverage  

  • Assist upper management with investigations  

  • Lead training scenarios and situational exercises for guards  

  • Construct route plans and patrol plans for the field  

  • Assist with timesheets and verify patrol checkpoint completion  

  • Report to and communicate directly with the Operations Manager  

  • Maintain discipline, professionalism, respect, and responsibility at all times  

  • Perform other duties as assigned by upper management  

 What We're Looking For  

  • Valid California Guard Card (required)  

  • California Driver License with clean driving record (required)  

  • Must be 21 years or older  

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.  

  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check  

  • Able to lift 15–20 lbs. and stand for entirety of shift  

  • Must be bilingual — English/Spanish  

  • Demonstrated leadership — able to lead, mentor, and manage working relationships up and down the org  

  • Strong communication, surveillance, and reporting skills  

  • Team-building mindset — you build up your team, not just manage them  

  • Computer literate — comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting  

📋 Experience Requirements  

  • Supervising: at least 1 year (required)  

  • Armed Security / Patrol: 1 year (required)  

  • Customer Service: 2 years — preferred  

  • Military background: 3 years — preferred  

  • Education: High school or equivalent required; Associates degree — preferred
