Job Summary:
As a Game Technician, you'll help ensure every guest has a great experience by keeping our games and attractions operating properly.
Responsibilities include:
  • Troubleshoot and repair arcade games, simulators, and bowling equipment
  • Respond to game floor service calls
  • Performpreventative maintenance on arcade machines
  • Perform preventative maintenance on arcade machines
  • Maintain appearance and functionality of machines during operating hours
  • Stock and maintain prize redemption and instant win games
  • Complete weekly maintenance and cleaning checklists
  • Assist with technician projects assigned by the Technical Manager
  • Keep the workshop organized and safe
  • Identify potential equipment issues and report them proactively

What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates who are mechanically inclined and enjoy repairing equipment.
Ideal experience includes:
  • Arcade games or amusement equipment
  • Electronics repair or troubleshooting
  • Coin-operated machines or pinball repair
  • Electrical components or wiring
  • Maintenance technician roles

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to follow technical instructions
  • Comfortable using basic computer programs (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
