NOW HIRING: Certified Medical Assistant – Seasonal Flu Clinic Pay: $27.73/hour Contract Length: 6-Months Start Date: September 14, 2026 A-Line Staffing is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support a seasonal flu clinicin Arcadia, CA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Medical Assistant looking to earn additional income during the busy vaccination season.

Schedule Details:

Part-time: 20 hours per week / 2–3 days per week (Fri-Mon are busier/high volume days) Monday–Friday:8:30 AM–7:30 PM Saturday: 9:30 AM–5:00 PM Sunday: 9:30 AM–4:30 PM Must be available every other weekend and some major holidays Training/Orientation: First 2 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Candidates must be able to attend the full two-week training schedule.

Responsibilities

Prepare and administer vaccines and provide patients with appropriate vaccine education. Room patients, obtain medical histories, collect vital signs, and prepare patients for the provider. Collect specimens and assist with basic point-of-care testing. Check patients in, answer questions, manage patient flow, and help maintain an efficient clinic experience. Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Maintain clinical supplies, exam rooms, and infection-control and safety standards.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program. Current Medical Assistant certification required. Must be comfortable and experienced with vaccine administration/injections. Experience obtaining vital signs, patient histories, and specimens. Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment. Ability to use electronic medical records and other computer systems. Interested? Apply today!
