Engineering Support Coordinator (Part-Time)

Olivette, MO | Part-Time | $20-$25/hour | Monday-Friday


A growing engineering and construction services company is seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Support Coordinator to provide administrative and project support to its Engineering Department.

This position is expected to begin as a part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week). The schedule will be determined during the interview process and offers an excellent opportunity for someone seeking consistent daytime hours in a professional environment.


Responsibilities

  • Create and print labels for prefabricated electrical components and job site installations
  • Assemble pull and term packages for wiring kits
  • Support engineering projects with accurate documentation
  • Assist with project billing support and information gathering
  • Order office and project-related supplies
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed
  • Maintain organized and accurate records


Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
