- Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual safety training programs for field personnel and operational teams.
- Design and develop training curricula, educational materials, and learning resources to support workforce development.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality while optimizing operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Apply advanced EHS knowledge and industry best practices to solve complex challenges and drive innovative safety solutions.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- 5-8 years of Environmental Health & Safety experience, including:
- Safety program management experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional training and facilitation experience.
- Candidates should possess at least two (2) of the following certifications:
- OSHA Outreach Trainer (authorized to deliver OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour courses)
- Certified Safety & Health Official (CSHO)
- Specialist in Safety & Health (SSH)
- Safety, Health & Environment Professional (SHEP)
- First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Certification
- Root Cause Analysis Training or Certification
