Job description

Mindex is seeking a friendly, proactive Receptionist to serve as the face of our organization on a part time basis (20 hours per week). This individual will manage front desk operations, warmly greet visitors and clients, and deliver an exceptional level of customer service. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first impression and keeping communication flowing smoothly throughout the office.

Compensation

$22/hour - $25/hour

What You'll Accomplish
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner; determine the nature of their visit and direct them appropriately.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as necessary.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally.
