Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Position Type: Part-Time (10–15 hours per week)

Ideal Candidate: Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or Business Students

Position Overview

The Bridges Golf Club and Eagle Ridge Golf Club are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to support the marketing efforts of both properties. This position is ideal for a current college student seeking hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, digital communications, and brand development within the hospitality and golf industries.

This position requires regular on-site content creation at both club locations. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, attending events, capturing content during peak business periods, and representing the clubs professionally both in person and across all digital platforms. Travel between properties is expected and reimbursed in accordance with company policy.

In addition to on-site content creation, this position includes remote work responsibilities involving the planning, development, scheduling, and management of approximately 3–4 marketing campaigns simultaneously. The role averages 10–15 hours per week, depending on seasonal business demands, tournaments, weddings, special events, and marketing initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
  • Create content that aligns with company policies, brand standards, and marketing objectives.
  • Capture high-quality photos and short-form video content featuring golf, dining, events, tournaments, weddings, and club amenities.
  • Prepare, schedule, and publish social media content according to approved marketing plans.
  • Write engaging captions, promotional messaging, and social media communications consistent with the clubs’ brand voice.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar.
  • Collaborate with marketing vendors, photographers, designers, and advertising partners.
  • Participate in marketing planning meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Assist with website updates and approved content changes.
  • Support event marketing efforts, tournaments, weddings, member activities, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Track content performance and recommend strategies to increase engagement and audience growth.
