Position Overview

Join our growing marketing team as a Part-Time Content Creator, where you'll help capture and tell the stories behind our hotels, restaurants, golf courses, wineries, and special events. Working approximately 5-15 hours per week, you'll collaborate with the Property Marketing Lead and on-site teams to create engaging content that inspires guests to visit, stay, dine, and celebrate with us. As our portfolio grows, so do the opportunities for this role to expand in both responsibility and career development.

Key Responsibilities

· Capture high-quality photo and video content, showcasing the full guest experience, including accommodations, dining, golf, wine and vineyard experiences, weddings and private events, corporate gatherings, seasonal activations, and team culture, across assigned properties, ensuring each asset reflects the property's unique visual identity and aligns with VIVÂMEE Hospitality's brand standards.

· Attend on-site events, activations, tournaments, programming, weddings, wine tastings, and seasonal experiences to document real-time activity to build content bank but also post in real-time as necessary.

· Edit and deliver high-quality short-form video and photography optimized for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, email marketing, and digital advertising.

· Collaborate with marketing team to develop creative content ideas that align with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives, with shot lists and story boards as necessary, to create a storytelling brand.

· Translate marketing campaigns into compelling visual stories that drive engagement and bookings.

· Identify emerging social media trends, audio, and platform features while adapting them to fit luxury hospitality brands.

· Ensure all content adheres to established brand guidelines and visual standards while maintaining consistency in editing style, color grading, typography, and messaging across the portfolio.

· Capture both planned campaign content and authentic, candid guest moments while maintaining a polished, elevated aesthetic that reflects each brand's identity.

· Create content specifically optimized for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and understand the unique audience and best practices for each platform.

· Coordinate content shoots with marketing team and property internal departments (property leadership, restaurant managers, golf professionals, chefs, event teams) while minimizing disruption to guest experiences.

· Collaborate with marketing team to identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach based on content performance and participate in creative brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.

· Maintain a well-structured digital asset library with consistent file naming and tagging while delivering high-quality edited content within established deadlines.

· Proactively identify new storytelling opportunities across the portfolio, bringing fresh creative ideas that showcase the guest experience and strengthen each property's brand presence.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a creative storyteller who sees moments others might overlook and knows how to turn them into compelling content that inspires people to visit, dine, stay, and celebrate with us. The ideal candidate will:

· Be naturally creative, curious, and proactive; bringing fresh ideas, trends, and storytelling concepts to the table.

· Have an understanding of luxury hospitality, tourism, food & beverage, golf, wine, and lifestyle branding, with the ability to create content that feels elevated, authentic, and experience-driven.

· Possess an exceptional eye for composition, lighting, movement, and visual storytelling, with a passion for creating both polished campaigns and authentic, in-the-moment content.

· Be highly skilled in photo and video editing using Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or comparable editing software.

· Enjoy being on-site and immersed in the guest experience, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events and activations.

· Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between assigned properties throughout the portfolio.
