Proven ability to work with special needs children

Ability to work under the supervision of special education teachers
The position may have the potential exposure to students with social/emotional behavior issues
Required to meet Highly Qualified status (High School Diploma/GED and Associate degree or 48 hours of college credit or have passed the Work Keys test)
The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling, walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, reaching, and lifting and supporting of students.
