EllaBella Productions is looking for a committed Videographer Shooter with a "can do" attitude. We're looking for a creative and professional individual who can assist us in continuing to offer our top-notch videos. You should have experience with both DSLR and Camcorder types of equipment. And also you communicate well!

We are looking for the right candidate with the right attitude. This position needs an out-of-the-box self starter who can meet deadlines and isn't afraid to tackle creative challenges while not being asked to take the initiative.  

Job Description

Role Character Desires:
-Positive "Can Do" attitude 
-Willingness to work
-Ability to lead and think on your feet

Detailed Role Definition:
-Maintain regular verbal and written contact with company operations representatives.
-Keep project plans up to date.
-Manage multiple projects at once. Our busy season runs May through December. The other time is used for planning and education.
-Assist with internal company initiatives, including documentation and QA.
-Contact clients and run meetings

Skill Requirements:
-Strong analysis and collaboration skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills. (Type A personality)
-Critical thinker, including creative skills, proven to exceed expectations with deadlines.
-Ability to commit to minimum of two years of part-time work.
-Experience with both DSLR's and big camera brands.
-Ability to communicate when deadlines are close.
-Ability to stay organized under pressure in the busy season along with multi-tasking.
-Demonstrated experience in taking initiative and showing a sense of urgency to get work completed on-time.

Qualifications

-.5-2 years experience shooting, does not have to be weddings. 
-Solid understanding of various operating systems, file structures, file formats and protocols required.
-Position flexible with regards to where individual works on various projects. Individual must have own computer
-Probationary / training period applies.
-Willing to consider providing internship experience for the right candidate. Pay is commensurate based on experience.
