Mind Rise ABA is seeking an experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Virginia. BCBA Responsibilities
  • Develop and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and ongoing support to RBTs
  • Conduct assessments and update goals as needed
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance
Compensation & Schedule
  • Full-time (30 hrs/week) or part-time available
  • Flexible scheduling
  • 100% remote position
Required Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Virginia, or eligibility to obtain LBA before starting
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Experience supervising RBTs and delivering ABA programming
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
